What are the Learning Lab Wichita's hours for members?

Learning Lab Wichita is open to members 7 am – 11 pm seven days a week.

How do members access the space?

A mobile phone app will give members access to the space between 5 pm – 11 pm. Members will enter our lobby during business hours.

How many hours of space reservation come with Learning Lab Wichita membership?

Individuals members have five hours of space reservation per month, divided by categories (3 for collaboration spaces; 2 for specialty spaces; 1 for huddle spaces). Family memberships come with 11 hours of space reservation each month (5 for collaboration spaces; 3 for specialty spaces; 3 for huddle spaces). Members on a community plan share the same number of reservation credits as the family membership.

Learning Lab features many open collaboration spaces that are not reservable. Members can walk into the facility to work together in groups at any time without making reservations.

Am I committing to any length of member contract when I sign up for Learning Lab membership?

Membership is monthly and can be canceled at any time. Members who pay for 12 months of membership upfront receive a 10 percent discount.

Can members bring visitors to Learning Lab Wichita?

Yes, members can register visitors during business hours. Visitors must check in at the front desk.

How is Learning Lab Wichita ensuring student's safety inside the space?

All adult members and resident school model educators will be required to have a background check one time per year. Learning Lab also will provide driver’s license scans for visitors and on-site security during business hours.
