Resident Education
Models.
Forging new pathways.
Resident models enjoy permanently reserved, private workshop spaces while sharing specialty spaces, tools, materials and community with other resident models and members. Resident models build relationships with one another to learn how others are approaching K-12 education, and learners involved in the models get to know learners who are benefitting from a different type of learning environment from themselves.
Learning Lab’s goal in hosting resident models is to reduce the cost of courage it takes to begin a personalized learning model that will benefit a specific group of learners. Learning Lab aims to make it easier for these models by removing or reducing barriers to success. We do this by equipping, empowering and elevating the important work the model leaders are doing.
