When I first walked into Learning Lab Wichita, I felt it instantly — the spark. A creative energy buzzing in the room, fueled by bright young minds and dedicated educators. As someone who believes deeply in unlocking potential through learning, I knew right away this was going to be a powerful partnership.
At Knowledge as a Service, Inc. (KaaS), we’re on a mission to make learning stick — not just in the classroom, but in life. That’s what our education solution, Future Ready by Ringorang, is all about. It’s not your typical learning program. It’s a coaching and habit-building app designed to shape the mindset and behaviors students need to thrive, both now and in the future. When Learning Lab Wichita welcomed us in, we saw the opportunity to bring this mission to life in an extraordinary way.
Empowering Students Beyond the Classroom

From the beginning, Learning Lab team members impressed me with their heart and hustle. They’re not just teaching students — they’re uplifting them, encouraging them to dream bigger, and giving them the tools to succeed. That’s what made this collaboration so special. We weren’t just running a pilot; we were co-creating an experience that honored the individuality and strength of each student.
We launched Future Ready with students from diverse backgrounds, each bringing their own story and ambition. Through the app, students engaged in short daily challenges designed to develop key skills like self-awareness, motivation, resilience, and leadership. It wasn’t about grades. It was about growth.
Stories That Stay With Me
As I have worked across the country with educators and students this spring, several student testimonials stood out right away. At the start of the program, some students were hesitant to speak up or share their thoughts. But after just a few weeks with Future Ready, we saw a shift. They started to engage more, offer their perspective, and even mentor their peers through some of the daily challenges. That’s the power of reinforcing a future-ready mindset.
Then there were other students who struggled with motivation and consistency. They admitted to having started many things before, but they rarely finished. With Future Ready, they surprised themselves. Not only did they stick with the program, but they also began to build routines that spilled into other parts of their life — studying, showing up on time, following through on commitments. That kind of confidence? You can’t teach it from a textbook.
Why This Matters
Our world is changing fast. Students today are growing up in a landscape of constant innovation, economic shifts, and global challenges. The future isn’t a distant idea — it’s right here, knocking on the door. That’s why preparing young people to be “future ready” isn’t optional. It’s essential.
What we’re doing with Learning Lab Wichita isn’t just about test scores or performance metrics. It’s about preparing students to navigate life with purpose, adaptability, and hope. We’re helping kids develop the habits that drive long-term success — not just in school, but in careers, relationships, and communities.

What’s Next
This is just the beginning. Our work with Learning Lab Wichita has affirmed everything we believe at KaaS — that when you meet students where they are, empower them with tools they can actually use, and surround them with a supportive community, they’ll rise.
We’re excited to grow this collaboration, bringing Future Ready to more students, more schools, and more communities. Because every young person deserves to know that their future isn’t something to fear — it’s something they get to shape.
And to the team at Learning Lab Wichita: Thank you for believing in this vision. Thank you for being courageous educators and compassionate leaders! You’ve reminded me that the work we do is about people, about transformation, and about hope.
The spark I felt on that first day? It’s grown into a fire — and we’re just getting started.
